This session will be an opportunity to showcase the iPDF software suite, that enables to gain control over technical document production and distribution, based on standards and guidelines.
Starting from practical cases, as applied to the industry and engineering, we will discuss issues related to construction and maintenance of facilities, major turnaround planning, decommissioning…
- Establish rules (document and tag numbering)
- Produce native files in compliance with standards and graphical charters
- Gain control over document PDF publishing and comply with archiving standards
- Apply document management processes to thousands of files
- View interactive PDFs via a network portal or in-situ
- Manage PDF annotations and automatise list creation (tasks, reservations, materials…)
